This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, email address and any phone number, country, dates, programme preference and message you choose to give us. If you tell us about your health, diet or medication, that information is collected too — because we need it to advise you properly.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and — if you have asked for it — to send you occasional notes from Santosa. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and are then deleted. Health information shared in an enquiry is used to advise on a programme and is not retained longer than necessary for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe from our messages. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it.

This website

This site loads its own fonts, images, styles and scripts from our own server. It does not embed third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Links to Tripadvisor, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, where their own terms and privacy policies apply.

A note on medical advice

Our programmes support wellbeing; they do not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. If you are managing a health condition or taking medication, please speak to your own doctor before travelling, and tell us so that we can advise you honestly.
