Deposit of one night
A valid credit or debit card guarantees the booking. A deposit equal to one night is charged to confirm it; the balance is payable at check-in.

Free up to 24 hours before
Cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival. Within 24 hours, the one-night deposit is non-refundable.
No-show

If you do not arrive, the one-night deposit is non-refundable and the booking may be cancelled.
Early departure

Nights not used because of an early departure are not refunded.

50% to confirm
A deposit of 50% of the total package confirms the booking and is non-refundable. The balance is payable at check-in.
More than 45 days
50% charged
Cancelling more than 45 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is retained.
Within 14 days
100% charged
Cancelling within 14 days of arrival: the full package price is charged.
No-show
100% charged
No-show or early departure: the full package price is charged.
Program scheduling depends on your arrival time and on appointments booked in advance. Sessions missed because of a late arrival cannot be refunded.
