There is no scientific equation to eating right. Eating right truly is not difficult, however, it does take focus and awareness. After some brief self-analysis, it generally becomes quite clear what habits need to be changed to ensure you are eating right now and in the long run.
When looking to change current eating habits, it is important to remember that diets are trendy and most of them truly do not work. The best and most effective way to eat right and maintain a healthy weight is to make a lifestyle change. Start with eating a variety of foods as there is no single food that can supply all of the nutrients that the body needs.
